"Shamiam" systems are not a substitute for medical treatment or professional medical advice.
The use of the products is based on user testimonials and accumulated experience in the field, but large-scale academic clinical studies confirming their health effects have not yet been conducted.
Therefore:

💧 Water purification – important clarifications
The "Sophia" system does not operate using chemical filtration technology and does not replace conventional water purification systems.
Shamim is not responsible for the condition of the water infrastructure in your home (including rust, old pipes, or contamination from an external source).
It is possible and desirable to combine the "Sophia" system with a purification system at the user's discretion.
Installation instructions
Make sure the inlet tube is connected to the silver side of the device, and the outlet tube is connected to the gold side.
Avoid creating a sharp 90° angle in the piping near the device - so as not to harm the energetic flow of the water.
Manufacturer's warranty
The Sky device is covered by a full manufacturer's warranty for 10 years from the date of purchase.
The warranty only applies to devices that were installed according to the instructions and that were not damaged as a result of falling, breakage, or improper use.
No need to replace parts – this is a durable product, built for long-term use.
The warranty is conditional on presenting an original tax invoice for the purchase.
Cancellation and Returns Policy
A purchase made on the site can be canceled within 14 business days , provided that the product was not delivered on the promised date.
Once the device is delivered in working order, the transaction cannot be canceled or the product returned.
The device is considered a personal and energetic product – therefore it cannot be returned after opening or use.
